Ting in Huntington

Overpriced average Susi at best. It seemed like every worker there would rather be somewhere else. Order the avocado tuna salad or their version of it and the avocado was blackening like it was sitting out for a while. It's not bad in a pinch but it would be my go to.

Nice variety of dishes at this large Pan-Asian upscale place.

Very good and imaginative food. Attentive service. I ordered a roll with lobster, mango and avocado. Really good.

Ting was a welcome surprise. We went on a whim for a late dinner. Service was friendly and quick. Food was pleasingly flavorful, bright, not greasy, and not over-sauced. The hot and sour soup was vegetarian, another welcome surprise, and full of rich flavor, if perhaps, a little sweet - which seemed unnecessary to me. But definitely a keeper.

Excellent...first time at the new name ting....have a great happy hour for sushi...you can't take out for the happy hour price. Atmosphere and service is very good. Will definatly be back 😊

Good sushi, sashimi, rolls and noodles. Usually it is a very quiet place, unless its a Friday night. Perfect for a lunch or a dinner.

This place is always great. The sushi is fresh and all of the main courses are delicious. The vegetarian sushi entree is the best I've had. Awesome sushi appetizers, the tuna tacos are awesome

The Peking Duck is absolutely divine. One of the best I have ever had. Not to mention the sushi rolls get better and better ever time I go there to eat.

Nice decor. Friendly and attentive staff. Manager came over and asked how we were doing. Waiter anticipated our needs. I ordered shrimp with broccoli in brown sauce and it was very good. No excessive oil or corn starch. Green tea and rice included with meal. $18 for shrimp with broccoli may be a bit steep though

I was disappointed with the lack of flavor. I had chicken with soy ginger sauce and there was no ginger flavor at all. The pad Thai was also just ok.

Amazing food. Solved the life long issue of my wife not knowing where she wants to go for our anniversary.

Good fresh sushi. The sushi dinner is better than most Long Island sushi joints' standard offering. The fish is cut well and many pieces are topped with some flavoring or sauce, just like you might find in NYC or Japan. Rolls and miso soup are very good too.

I very rarely hand out low ratings to restaurants, but ting deserves it for charging 20 bucks for the Poseidon Roll. since it's one of the most expensive signature rolls on their menu, I expected it to be delicious. Well balanced in taste and texture etc... it was not. the wasabi sauce completely took over and there was no texture to the roll at all. It seems they just wanted an expensive roll to put on the menu so they slapped some mango and lobster on a California roll and called it a day. disappointed! I decided to treat myself and it ended up being a waste of money.

Been going here for years. Liked it better when there was a grand piano in the bar area and they had live music. Large open restaurant about a mile east of the town of Huntington. Lots of young inexperienced servers. Not a huge selection of special sushi rolls. I find the rolls to be very rich, piled with lots of avocado, eel sauce, mayo etc. They could use some rolls where the fish is the star. Full bar offers plenty of drink options. Worth a try but I am not running back.

Ting has shown to be consistently good and reliable. We order from here weekly and are never disappointed.

The waiter recommended the Chicken in Thai Basil sauce, and he was on point. The sushi was great, and the apps were delicious. Definitely a local staple.

Was not satisfied with chicken dish, edeme, garlic broccoli and mixed rice were tasty, atmosphere was mellow, comfortably low lighting, had good service

horrible experience when we set down my wife was handed a menu covered with the previous diners food. And the manager did nothing to rectify the situation. She had someone else's food from the menu on her hand and we were not comped for even a drink. We had been there many times before and spent quite a bit of money but we will not be going back and I will be telling my friends about this experience. I'm quite sure they won't be going back either

Delicious food and one of the better choices in the Huntington Bay area, an upscale neighborhood. Unpretentious and affordable, I thoroughly enjoyed the meal and was delighted by the very attentive lady who waited on me.

Great food at a good price. I always get the Tom yum soup and a Tokyo roll

Came for restaurant week and the whole family was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely be going back!
